21세기는 환경 위기의 시대다. 지구 기후가 계속해서 따뜻해짐에 따라 야생동물이 인구가 많은 지역으로 서식지를 옮기면서 동물과 인간 사이의 바이러스가 전염되어 코로나19 팬데믹이 일어났다. 코로나19는 모든 질서와 패턴을 바꾸어 놓았다. 또한, 전 세계적으로 환경문제가 대두되고 생태위기가 고조되면서 생태학적인 관점으로 창조 세계 전반을 포괄하고자 하는 전환이 서서히 일어나기시작했다. 생태계는 창조주 하나님께서 온 인류 공동에게 맡겨주신 가장 큰 선물이며 그 분의 피조물이므로, 전 인류는 이를 보호하고 잘 관리하여 하나님께 영광과 찬양을 돌리는 사명 의식과 책임을 가지고 살아야 한다. 우리는 창조의 자원을 보존하고 보전하도록 부름 받고 있다. 그러나 현실은 이기적이고 자기중심적인 인간중심 세계관과 지나친 경제 중심으로 경쟁을 일삼으면서 그 결과로 생태환경 전체가 심각한 위기를 맞이하고 있으며, 온갖 피조물들은 인간을 포함하여 여러 오염물질과 환경호르몬에 노출되어 생명의 위협과 붕괴의 위기에 처해있다. 이러한 환경생태 문제와 사회·경제적인 변화의 현실 속에서 하나님께서 창조하신 세상을 새롭게 해석하고자 하는 해석학적 틀로서 생태신학이라는 학문이 등장하였다. 생태신학은 생태와 종교와의 관계와 인간사회가 자연과의 관계속에서 변화되는 것을 연구하는 신학이다. 다르게 표현하면 생태신학은 하나님과 인간 그리고 우주와의 관계에 대해 적정한 신학적인기초를 놓고 있다. 그리고 포스트코로나시대에 환경 파괴가 심각한상황 속에서 교회는 총체적 환경선교의 책임을 가지고 오늘 이 시대에 필요한 환경선교의 사명을 재고해야 할 것이다.
Abstract
The 21st century is an era of environmental crisis. As the global climate continues to be warm, wild animals migrate to populated areas, resulting in the transmission of the virus between animals and humans, and resulting in the COVID-19 pandemic. Since the ecosystem is the greatest gift entrusted to All mankind by God the Creator and is His creation, all mankind must protect and manage it well to live with a sense of mission and responsibility to give glory and praise to God. We are called to conserve and conserve the resources of creation. However, the reality is that the selfish and self-centered human-centered world view and excessive economic centering compete with each other, And as a result, the entire ecological environment faces a serious crisis, and all creatures, including humans, are exposed to various pollutants and environmental hormones. and is in danger of life and the crisis of collapse. In the midst of these environmental and ecological problems and the reality of social and economic changes, the study of ecological theology has emerged as a hermeneutic frame work for a new interpretation of the world created by God. Ecological theology is a theology that studies the relationship between ecology and religion and how human society changes in its relationship with nature. In other words, ecotheology lays a proper theological foundation for the relationship among God, man, and the universe. And in the post-corona era, in a situation where environmental destruction is serious, the church will have to take responsibility for the overall environmental mission and reconsider the mission of environmental mission needed in this era.
