실존철학적 입장에서 하버마스 담론 윤리 학에대한 양가성 고찰 - 민주적 정당성을 위한 상호이해 영역 구성을 중심으로

실존철학적 입장에서 하버마스 담론윤리학에 대한 양가성의 고찰은 민주적정당성을 확립하기 위해서 요구되어지는 상호이해 영역 구성에 대한 대안적 방식을 시사한다. 특히 생활세계에 대한 하버마스 담론윤리학이 보여주는 불충분성 내지 과도함은 실제 정치의 영역을 왜곡시키는 결과를 낳는다. 이에 본고는 실존철학적 입장이 전제하는 참여자적 시점에서 생활세계를 분석해 봄으로써, 상호성 내지 연대에 토대한 상호이해 영역이 어떠한 합당한 조건에 의해서 구성되어져야 하고 상호이해 영역의 구성 요소가 어떠한 것이 되어야 하는 지를 제시할 것이다.
Abstract
The article is to suggest an alternative form for public sphere demanded to establish democratic legitimacy. On the one hand, reciprocity or solidarity presented at Habermas’ discourse ethics is reasonable as an internal basis of public sphere. On the other hand, Habermas’ ideal speech situation dealt with at the level of discourse is unreasonable because Habermas’ discourse presupposed to be extra-ideological and homogeneous is considered as a consequence of excessive reformation for life-world. In this context, the article is to present directship - the exclusion of discourse - as a reasonable condition for public sphere. Besides, the article is to present the political community member’s experienced life as the element of public sphere based on reciprocity or solidarity.
