(The number of word-groups means the number of words in one line each.) Usually he used 4 lines and 5 word- group style which is the ancient poetry style . He translated Sijo by shortening, omitting or reorganizing lines. In this way, he made works and kept the forms without limit of styles or words.“Bunsokga” was translated 60 years earlier than “Chunguyoungeon”, the first book of Sijo. “Bunsokga” is valuable in the history of poetry because it shows the trend style of Sijo in the middle of 17th century. It was made in 17th century when many translated works were showed up. It is the representative work in the early translation period and it has effect on later works.
