The purpose of this essay is to propose the method of reading instruction based on communication. The reading has a trait of communication reader with book. The reader having a question for world corresponds with book to take answer. The book offers answer to reader' question. The reading is communication between reader and book. The reader must take the reading methods for communication reading. The methods of communication reading are composed of three factors. The one is to know the essential of message according to aims of reading. Another is to learn the tools of communication with book. The other is to follow procedure of dialogue in reading communication; taking questions, talking, possessing answers. In reading instruction must teach to students the method of communication reading. So, they have to hold it. If students make use of the communication reading when they read book, then they get the development of mind. Because of the students reconstruct the idea in conversation with books. To conversation with books, students have to take a question for the theme of book. If they get answer, then they do reconstruction their mind. The reading education help students communication with books holding questions.
