병원학교 입급 학생의 교육목적과 교육방법에 대한 병원학교 교사의 인식 특성

본 연구는 병원학교 입급 학생의 교육에 대한 병원학교 교사의 인식 특성을 교육목적과 교육방법의 측면에서 알아보고, 교육목적과 교육방법에 대한 인식의 관계를 규명하여 병원학급 입급 학생 담당교사의 교육의식을 구체적으로 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 전국 35명의 병원학교 교사들을 대상으로 설문지를 통한 양적 연구와 울산, 부산지역 2명 병원학교 교사를 대상으로 한 질적 연구를 통하여 병원학교 담당교사의 교육의식을 보다 구체적이고 심층적이고 알아보았다. 본 연구의 결과 첫째, 교직경력이나 병원학교 근무경력이 적을수록 병원학교 입급 학생에 관한 교육목적의 인식 수준이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 병원학교 근무경력이 적은 교사들이 병원학교 입급 학생에 관한 교육방법의 인식 수준이 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 병원학교 교사의 교육목적에 대한 인식이 높을수록 병원학교 입급 학생에 대한 교육방법에 대한 인식이 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 병원학교 교사의 교육의식을 보다 구체적이고 심층적으로 분석한 결과, 병원학교 입급 학생의 교육목적에 대하여 궁극적으로 학교복귀를 지원하는 것이라고 하였으며, 병원학교 입급 학생의 교육방법에 대해서는 각 개인의 건강상태와 치료일정, 치료 경과를 고려하여 학습의 양, 지도 방향, 시간 등을 설정하여 지도하는 것이 중요하다고 인식하고 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the hospital school teachers' recognition characteristics on the purpose of education and the method of education for students in hospital school, and then, to investigate concretely the teachers' educational che ciousness for students in hospital school throughout analysis the s on the hip of teachers' perception about the purpose and the method of Education. The results of this study were as follows; In category of teaching experience and career of the hospital school, the analysis of teachers' recognition about the purpose and the method of Education to students in hospital school was revealed that the teachers who has the teaching short experience, whose recognition about the purpose and method of Education to students in hospital school were higher than long experience. And it was found that the more teachers who took charge of students in hospital school had the recognition about the purpose of education, the more they had the recognition about the method of education.
