Abstract

Autonomous system of national region is an important political system of China, national culture is a national symbol and sign, the cultural rights of minority groups is a collective human rights, legal protection of minority cultural rights is directly related to the survival and development of ethnic minorities. China has always pay attention to the legal protection of ethnic cultural rights ,and protect ethnic cultural rights by the legislation of constitution, national autonomous law, autonomous regulations and the separate regulations of national autonomous areas. But there are problems of the outmoded legislative idea, incomplete states of rights, short of maneuverability of the law, short of self-consciousness of parties, which need to be improved by perfecting the legislative idea, perfecting the legislative system, perfecting legislative content, and improving the self-consciousness of parties.
