한국 근대소설 역시 서구 근대소설과 같이 자력에 의한 아버지 부정과 승계라는정통적 가족로망스를 실현하지 못하고 파행과 지체 현상을 보여 왔으며 , 이는 근대 성취와 근대 극복이라는 한국 근대사의 특수한 이중과제가 소설사에서도 그대로 관철되고 있고 , 한국 소설사에서의 탈근대가 용이한 일이 아님을 증명한다 . 오히려 의미 있는 탈근대적 파괴력은 가족로망스에서 배제된 여성 주체의 욕망과 도전의 양상들이 담긴 여성소설들에서 더 뚜렷하게 나타나고 있다고 할 수 있다 . 비서구지역에서의 가족로망스는 외래의 힘에 의해 아버지가 부정됨으로써 파행적으로 전개되며 , 이에 따라 비서구 지역의 근대소설은 안정된 ‘부르주아 주체의 서사시 ’인 서구 근대소설과는 달리 분열된 ‘피식민주체의 서사시’라는 특색을 갖게 된다 .
Abstract
An Esay on Family Romance in Korean Modern Novels; Kim,Myeong-InnFamily romances in the non-ocidental areas’ novel unfold iregularly with the negation of ‘fathers’ by external forces, and it is far from smooth achievement in occidental areas. Acordingly modern novels in the non-ocidental areas becomes to ‘the epic of disrupted colonized subjects’. Korean modern novels went along the same way. It aproves that the special double project-‘folowing up and overcoming modernity’ is also the project of Korean modern novel as wel as Korean modern history, and that post-modern is still difficult in the history of Korean novel. Rather, we can find meaningful post-modern power in the feminist novels which contain the aspects of desires and chalenges of colonized and excluded female subjects from al of family romances.
