김정은 시대 초의 북한문학 동향- 2010~2012년 『조선문학』, 『문학신문』 분석을 중심으로

이 논문은 김정일의 사망(2011.12)을 계기로 급변하고 있는 북한문학의 동향을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 즉, 김정일 시대(1994~2011) 말기 북한문학의 동향을 정리하고 김정은 시대 초기(2011.12~2012.11)의 수령문학 담론이 어떻게 변모하는지 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 문학신문 조선문학(2010~2012)에 발표된 시, 소설, 비평, 사설 등을 정밀하 분석하였다. 그 결과, 김정은은 항일투사 김일성과 문화전사 김정일의 이미지를 모방, 계승하여 권력 기반을 안정시켰다고 보았다. 다른 한편, 할아버지와 아버지 같은 투사 이미지와는 차별화된 ‘미래를 지향하는 친근한 지도자’ 이미지를 구축했다고 분석하였다. 나아가, 주민들의 생활 모습을 형상화한 현실주의 문학에서도 주체사실주의문학의 큰 틀 속에서 이전 보다 선군(先軍)문학의 구심력이 줄어들고 민생 담론이 강화되고 있음을 확인하였다
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the trends of the North Korean literature which has witnessed a drastic change since the death(2011.12) of Kim Jeong-il. In other words, this paper provides an insight into the trends of the North Korean literature at the ending period(1994~2011) of Kim Jeong-il and looked into how the Leader literature discourse is changing in the early period(2011.12~2012.11) of Kim Jeong-un. For that, the poems, novels, critiques, editorials, etc., which were published in Literature Newspaper and Chosen Literature(2010~2012) were analyzed in detail. The results of the analysis showed that Kim Jeong-un stabilized the foundation of the ruling by imitating and inheriting the image of Kim Il-sung, anti-Japan fighter, and Kim Jeong-il who was the soldier on the cultural front. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis suggested that the Kim Jeong-un established an image of friendly leader who pursues the future while projecting an image differentiated from that of his grandfather and father. Furthermore, this study confirmed the increase in the public discourse while the centripetal force of the “military-first” literature was reduced compared to the past even in the literature that embodied the lives of the North Korean people within the large frame of Juche literature.
