4차 산업혁명과 더불어 미래 재활운동 분야의 진전을 위해 본 연구는 재활운동의 역사를 고찰하고 미래에 대한 실천적 제언을 전망하였다. 본 고찰 논문을 통해서, 급변하는 기술적 발전에 대응하여 재활운동가가 대비해야 할 준비 전략을 제안하였다. 결론적으로 재활운동의 과거부터 현재까지의 역사와 미래에 대한 전망까지 고찰해본 결과, 새로운 기술 혁신에 대응하여 재활운동 전문가는 자기개발 및 교육적 측면에서의 혁신을 통해 단순히 운동서비스를 제공하는 통로 역할을 넘어 제반 연구와 기술개발의 주체가 되는 것이 시대적 요구이다.
Abstract
For the advance in fields of rehabilitation exercise (RE), this study purpose is to discuss of the history of RE and forecast the future changes in rehabilitation. Through this review article, we finally proposed a preparation strategy of rehabilitation exercise professionals for public health and welfare in the rapidly changing fourth industrial world. In conclusion, based on a discussion of the history, present and future of rehabilitation exercise field, we identified that the innovation in terms of self-development and education will be essential to correspond the current progressive technology innovation.
