협동조합 설립과정에서 임원의 스트레스에 관한 연구: 전북지역협동조합 사례를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 협동조합 설립과정에서 임원이 경험하는 스트레스에 관한 개념적 구조와 스트레스 정도를 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 개념도 연구방법을 바탕으로 15명의 연구 참여자를 대상으로 개인면접을 실시하였다. 총 189개의 의견이 진술되었고 면접 결과를 종합․분류하여 최종 진술문 44개를 확정하였다. 44개 진술문은 다차원 척도분석과 군집분석을 사용하여 최종 개념도를 완성하였다. 연구결과, 협동조합 설립과정에서 임원이 경험하는 스트레스는 크게 과업관련-대인관련 차원, 외부-내부적 관계 차원으로 도출되었고, 하위 영역으로 성공모델 부재, 자금 및 사업운영 문제, 사업 준비 부족, 내부 구성원간 이해협력, 공무원 및 외부기관, 사회적 기반조성 및 인프라 구축에 관한 6개의 스트레스 군집이 도출되었다. 협동조합 임원은 각 군집에 대한 스트레스 정도를 다르게 인식하고 있었으며, 그중 자금 등 경제적 문제와 관련한 사업진행이 가장 높은 스트레스 정도를 보이고 있었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 협동조합 설립과 유지를 위한 효과적인 자금 지원방안, 조합원의 교육내용과 방법, 그리고 내부 구성원의 능력을 개발을 위한 성찰과 시사점을 제공하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify the conceptual structure of stressors experienced by cooperative's board of directors during cooperatives starting process. Total 15 people were interviewed based on the conceptual research methods. The results were 189 ideas. By synthesizing and editing these ideas, the final statement was trimmed down to 44 questions. Through multidimensional scaling analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis yielded dimensions and clusters. Results of the study showed 2 dimensions which were classified as 'business operation-personal relation’ and ‘external-internal relationship’. It also yielded 6 clusters which were classified as ‘none success model’, ‘business progress of economical’, ‘difficulty in starting business’, ‘cooperation of internal member’, ‘official and external relation’, ‘social relation and infra’. Further, stress factors and stress levels were differentiated depending on executives. Economical problem on starting business showed the highest level of stress. Based on the results of the research provided implications that efficient funding methods for cooperatives starting and maintenance, development of membership.
