이혼가정 아동의 자아존중감 향상 및 또래관계 증진을 위한 대상관계 미술치료 사례연구

본 연구는 대상관계 미술치료가 이혼가정 아동의 자아존중감 및 또래관계에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 A시에 거주하는 초등학교 4학년 여아로 자아존중감 향상과 또래관계 증진을 위하여 주 2회, 50분씩, 총 32회기 대상관계 미술치료 프로그램을 진행하였다. 또한, 이혼가정 아동의 자아존중감 변화를 알아보기 위해 K-HTP와 자아존중감 척도검사를 사전, 사후로 실시하였고 또래관계 증진을 알아보기 위해 또래관계 검사와 동적학교생활화(KSD) 검사를 사전과 사후로 실시하여 비교 분석하였다. 회기별 관찰지를 기록하여 주제에 따라 질적 분석을 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대상관계 미술치료가 이혼가정 아동의 자아존중감과 또래관계 증진에 미치는 영향을 단계와 회기에 따른 변화를 질적 분석한 결과에서 긍정적인 변화가 나타났다. 둘째, 대상관계 미술치료가 이혼가정 아동의 자아존중감에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대상관계 미술치료가 이혼가정 아동의 또래관계 증진에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 대상관계 미술치료가 이혼가정 아동의 자아존중감 향상과 또래관계 증진에 긍정적인 영향이 있다는 것을 본 연구를 통해 알 수 있었으며, 상담 현장에서의 미술치료 프로그램 활용 가능성 및 경험적 사례로서 연구 자료를 제공했다는 데 그 의의가 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Object Relations art therapy on self-esteem and peer relationships of children in divorced families. The subjects of this study were 4th grade girls in elementary school living in A city, and a total of 32 subject-related art therapy programs were conducted twice a week, 50 minutes each to improve self-esteem and peer relations. In addition, K-HTP and self-esteem scale tests were conducted before and after to find out the changes in self-esteem of children in divorced families, and peer relations and dynamic school life (KSD) tests were conducted before and after to compare and analyze to find out the improvement of peer relations. Observation papers for each session were recorded and qualitative analysis was performed according to the subject. The results of this study are as follows. First, the results of qualitative analysis of the effects of Object Relations art therapy on the promotion of self-esteem and peer relations of children in divorced families by stages and sessions showed positive changes. Second, it was found that Object Relations art therapy had a positive effect on the self-esteem of children in divorced families. Third, it was found that Object Relations art therapy had a positive effect on the improvement of peer relations of children in divorced families. Accordingly, this study found that Object Relations art therapy has a positive effect on improving the self-esteem and peer relationships of children from divorced families, and it is significant that research data were provided as an empirical example and the possibility of using art therapy programs at the counseling site.
