당대 중국 이슬람전통의 변화과정에서 본 무슬림근본주의운동의 동인 연구: 신강성, 감숙성의 종교사회적 관점을 중심으로

중국 이슬람소수민족들에게 있어 무슬림이라는 종교적 전통은 과연 무엇일까? 단순히 저들 민족을 표현하는 하나의 구성요소일까 아니면 민족결집과 그 계승과정을 결정하는 핵심적인 설명변수일까? 중화인민공화국 성립 이후 중국 공산당은 무슬림소수민족들이 단순히 한족에 동화되어 버린 회민들처럼 종교로서의 이슬람활동만을 계승하길 바래왔다. 하지만 이러한 중공당국의 태도는 개혁개방 이후 더욱 중국 무슬림근본주의운동을 야기시켜 왔고, 결국 그것은 중국 무슬림소수민족들이 중국대륙에서 경제사회 심지어 종교사회적인 위치까지 잃는 원인이 되었다. 아직까지 신장 위구르 근본주의운동이 분리주의운동으로까지 발전하고 있지는 않은 실정이다. 과연 그 근본주의운동의 핵심적인 동기들은 무엇일까? 본 논문은 그 질문에 답하는 것이다.
Abstract
What are muslim Religious Traditions for Chinese Islam Minorities? are the element of simply explaining their nations or the decision making factors of national unity and that feedback’s power sources? After the People’s Republic of China constituted, PRC hoped that Muslim minorities led the life of islamic participations like huimin, namely Islam minorities assimilating with Han people. but this position of PRC caused some Chinese Muslim Fundamentalism triggering in these years, and was attributed to the reason that Chinese Muslim Minorities lost political-economic and religious-social position in main land china, especially since chinese reform and opening. the fundamental movement of xinjiang Uyghur is not developing into the muslim separate independence movement yet. what are the real motives? this paper is aimed at resolving that question.
