This paper includes laboratory establishment and test for performance verification of RBC(Radio Black Center) in Korea ETCS level 2 train control system. The laboratory consists of LSU(local simulator unit), RBC, EVCSU(EVC simulator unit) and STU(safe transmission unit). In order to verify the performance of RBC, we should confirm that DMI(driver machine interface) display correct information on the screen. That information are generated by LSU and EVCSU, and transmitted to DMI through RBC. Also we should confirm that station information console and RBC supervision console display correct information (local, status, movement authority information). In this paper we establish a laboratory and verify performance of RBC by test using test sequence. As a result, we can confirm that DMI, station information console and RBC supervision console display correct information on each screen.
