Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the priority of factors of selecting public transport modes when building carbon-neutral MaaS. AHP analysis was used as a research method, and the AHP hierarchy consisted of 6 first levels and 18 second levels. A survey was conducted for 33 related experts, and the results were analyzed using the AHP method. As a result of the study, it was found that CO2 emission reduction was the highest priority in the selection of public transport modes when building carbon-neutral MaaS, followed by carbon-neutral MaaS policy, encouragement of the use of eco-friendly transport, railway electrification rate, and reduction of energy consumption. This study is meaningful in that it presents policy implications by comparatively studying which factors are important and prioritized in the selection factors for public transport modes in building carbon-neutral MaaS.
