철도안전법에 의해 시행된 철도차량 운전면허 제2종 전기차량 운전면허 교육은 안산․과천․4호선에 운행하는 VVVF 제어 차량을 기준으로 표준교재 편찬 및 시뮬레이터를 구축하여 이론 및 기능교육을 시행하고 있으며 한국교통안전공단에서 필기시험 및 시뮬레이터로 기능시험을 시행하고 있다. 현재 운전면허 표준교재 및 시뮬레이터의 모델 차량은 1999년 한국철도공사 시흥차량사업소에 배속된 VVVF 제어 2세대 2077호 편성(341026)으로 도입된 지 25년이 되어 2024년 11월 퇴역함에 따라 2019년부터 도입되어 운용되는 VVVF 제어 3세대 차량으로 운전면허 교육훈련의 차세대 모델 차종 선정이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문은 효율적인 철도차량 운전면허 교육훈련, 운전면허 기능시험 및 면허 취득자의 기량 향상을 위하여 차세대 모델 차량 선정에 대해 연구하고자 한다.
Abstract
According to the Railroad Safety Act, the education for obtaining a 2nd class driving license for electric locomotives provides the foundation for publishing standard textbooks and building simulators based on VVVF control vehicles operated in Asan, Gwacheon, and Line No. 4. This education includes both theoretical and practical classes, and the Korea Transportation Safety Authority conducts written tests and functional tests using simulators. The current standard textbooks for driver's licenses and the simulator model vehicles are based on the VVVF control 2nd generation train set 2077 (341026), which was assigned to KORAIL's Siheung Vehicle Maintenance Center in 1999. After 25 years of service, these are scheduled to be retired in November 2024. Therefore, with the gradual introduction and operation of the 3rd generation of VVVF control vehicles since 2019, it is necessary to select the next-generation model for driver's license education and training This paper aims to study the selection of next-generation model vehicles for efficient driver’s license training, driver’s license skill testing, and to improve the skills of license holders.
