제2종 전기차량 운전면허 교육훈련기관 운영 현황 분석을 통한 효율적인 교육인원 산정 연구

Abstract

Eighteen years after the implementation of the railway vehicle driver’s license system, it is the time to change the paradigm from management of those who passed the license examination to management of the unemployed by analyzing the educational operation of the 2nd class electric locomotive driver’s license training institute, the passing rate of the license tests of the Korea Transportation Safety Authority, and current employment status of the railway operating organization. People should spend about 4 or 5 months and 10 million KRW to be educated about the courses for railway locomotive driver’s license. As of 2024, 11 educational institutes in South Korea have operated the classes of 2nd class electric locomotive. Also, according to the retirement of the baby boomers in 2022, those who are with the license can have more employment competitiveness. And it is expected that the number of students who can take the courses will increase, so careful review is needed when additional designating educational institute and approving education plans. This study aims to suggest efficient methods for calculating educational resources by analyzing the operating status of education institutes for driver’s license and the employed with the license.
