도시철도차량 공기스프링 횡변위 검사기준에 관한 연구

도시철도 차량용 공기스프링은「철도차량 기술기준」의 제정 이후 법에서 정하는 형식승인 및 제작자 승인을 모두 만족시킨 제품이다. 그러나 서울교통공사 2호선 전동차 200편성 총 800개의 공기스프링 중 약 95% 이상에서 에어백 접힘 현상이 발생 되었다. 본 논문에서는 기술기준 통과 후 양산되고도 접힘현상이 발생된 2호선 전동차 공기스프링 제품에 대하여 동일 현상이 발생되는 시험 조건을 찾고자 하였고 철도차량기술기준에는 포함되어 있지 않은 횡변위 시험에서 동일한 현상을 재현해내었다. 이를 적용하여 공기스프링 접힘현상 발생 여부를 판단하는 추가기준을 제시하고자 하였다.
Abstract
Air springs for urban railway vehicles are products that satisfy both type approval and manufacturer approval prescribed by law. However, the airbag folding phenomenon occurred on the train of Seoul Metro Line 2. In this paper, we tried to find the test conditions under which the same phenomenon occurs for the air spring product of Line 2. The same phenomenon was reproduced in the lateral displacement test that was not included in the railway vehicle technical standards. By applying this, we tried to present additional criteria for determining the phenomenon of air spring folding.
