신체접촉 중심의 전래놀이 활동이 유아-교사관계 및 또래유능성에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 신체접촉 중심의 전래놀이 활동이 유아-교사관계 및 유아의 또래유능성에 미치는 효과를 검증하고자 한 실험연구이다. 실험기간은 8주간이었고, 연구대상은 만 3세 유아 30명이었다. 실험집단에게는 신체접촉 중심의 전래놀이 활동을 선행연구를 바탕으로 새롭게 구성하여 실행하였고, 통제집단에게는 유치원 정규교육과정을 실행하였다. 측정도구로 유아-교사관계척도(Student-Teacher Relationships Scale: STRS)와 또래유능성 척도가 사용되었다. 수집된 자료는 Spss Window 19.0을 이용하여 독립표본 t-test가 실시되었다. 연구결과, 신체접촉 중심의 전래놀이 활동은 유아-교사관계와 유아의 또래유능성에 각각 유의한 효과가 있었다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 신체접촉 중심의 전래놀이 활동을 통해 유아의 유아-교사관계를 개선시키고 또래간 유능성을 발달시킨다면 유아의 기관 적응을 돕고 유아의 정서 사회성 발달을 효과적으로 지원할 수 있음을 시사한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Korean traditional play activities based on the child's body contact on child-teacher relationship and his/her peer competence. This study was conducted by an experimental research design. The subject of this study are 30 three-year-old young children of 2 class, having a similar standard of living, of 1 kindergarten located in U-si. For measuring tools, Student-Teacher Relationships Scale, Profile of Peer Relations were used. The experiment period was from July 06, 2012 to Oug. 31, 2012, and the activity was performed two times per week, for 8 weeks. t-test and reliability analysis were conducted by using SPSS WIN 19.0 for the data analysis. The findings of the study were as follows. First, there was a significant effect of child-teacher relationship according to the Korean traditional play activities based on body contact. Second, there was a significant effect of peer competence according to the Korean traditional play activities based on body contact. In conclusion, the educational value of Korean traditional play based on body contact should be more widely recognized, and they need to be used more at educational sites.
