Abstract
Tsushima is located in the middle of Korean Peninsula and Japan and is the area charged with the important role in an exchange of the Republic of Korea and Japan more than antiquity. It’ll be after it’ll be after the war that a real archaeology investigation has been begun at its Tsushima, and when still telling cultural exchangehistory of the Republic of Korea and Japan, the outcome is a very important history of research. Last time, the author considered the rule system of Tsushima’s Kofun period from Sue pottery excavated from Tsushima and ceramic pottery. This time, in addition to the contents, I reconsidered the rule system in Tsushima from the collection position, age, surrounding remains, etc. based on the ceramic earthenware pieces of the So-gaya area collected from Neso No. 2 burial mound. As a result, in the conventional control system of Tsushima, there are two types of chiefs, the chief who controls the whole Tsushima + the regional chief who controls each coves of Tsushima and who is in charge of exchange and negotiations with various parts of the Korean Peninsula. In addition to the view that the interests between the chiefs were well maintained, it is possible that there was an intermediate chief such as a clan or group who grasped the external relations in the immediate vicinity of the chiefs of Tsushima as a whole. However, these cannot be confidently asserted from the number of materials, and are hypotheses from the materials collected this time, and do not go beyond that framework.
