초록
The new generations who live in an affluent and some what less restricted society tend to have difficulties in joining military service which asks and requires more strict regulations and corporate life style. The purpose of this research is to provide “hope-giving” caring program for the soldiers, especially those who are in Green Camp, to verify its effects, and to find its pastoral implication. In order to achieve this goal, advanced research was done to draw specific elements of care. Based on the research, a new program was made and adopted to actual maladaptive soldiers. With the result, one can consider the meaning and effect of the therapeutic and theological meaning of hope and possibly this program can change the entire army into the place of pastoral care. The subjects of this study are from maladaptive soldiers of Green Camp. The result shows that the pastoral care presented to soldiers in the camp was able to give a hope of achieving goal, a hope which helps to overcome pain, a hope of interpretation and a hope of promise, which enables the army to the place of healing and care.
