A Proposal for the reform of linguistic expressions in the Constitutional Law

Abstract
Some linguistic expressions in the Constitutional Law are not exact, and some do not meet common linguistic sense. Such problems mainly originated from the history of the constitutional law in Korea. I point out such problems of linguistic expressions in the Constitutional Law, and propose the reform of them.
