Second, the collapse of the egalitarian distribution system deepened the income gap, increased the flow of farmers into urban areas, created slums in the suburban areas, generated the poor strata, and spread irregularities and corruption. Third, the structural reforms of employment and economic growth caused the feeling of relative deprivation, increase in the occurrence rate of white collar crimes, job competition, and rise in the rates of divorce and family dissolution as the value of marriage changed. These problems occurred in the process of adaptation for the individuals excluded from belonging to the social safety net.
