결혼이주여성의 인정투쟁에 대한 현상학적 연구: Hegel과 Honneth의 이론에 대한 비판적 분석을 중심으로

본 연구는 결혼이주여성의 인정투쟁에 대한 현상학적 연구이다. 연구자들은 결혼이주여성의 인정투쟁을 인적자본, 사회적 자본, 문화자본, 상징자본의 획득으로 보았고 이러한 구조 속에서 연구참여자들의 경험을 분석하였다. 연구에는 12명의 결혼이주여성이 참여하였고 자료는 일대일 심층면담을 수행하여 구성하였다. 자료는 Colaizzi가 제시한 현상학적 연구방법으로 분석하였다. 16개의 주제결집을 도출하였고 이를 인적자본, 사회적 자본, 문화자본, 상징자본의 범주에 재배열하여 구성요소를 살펴보았다. 연구 결과에 근거하여 연구자들은 논의에서 인정투쟁을 상호인정으로 전환해야 하는 필요성과 헤겔과 호네트가 제시한 인정투쟁의 문제점을 분석하였다. 연구 결과와 논의에 근거하여 결혼이주여성들과 한국인들의 상호인정을 위한 다문화 차원에서의 구체적인 제언을 하였다.
Abstract
This is a phenomenological study focusing on the struggle for recognition among married immigrant women. Researchers viewed the struggle for recognition of married migrant women as the acquisition of human capital, social capital, cultural capital, and symbolic capital, and analyzed the experiences of research participants in this structure. Twelve married migrant women participated in the study, and the data were organized by conducting one-on-one in-depth interviews. The collected data were analyzed using the phenomenological research method proposed by Colaizzi. 16 collections of themes were derived and rearranged into broader categories, such as human capital, social capital, cultural capital, and symbolic capital to examine the components. Based on the results, the researcher analyzed the problems of the struggle for recognition proposed by Hegel and Honneth along with the need to switch from the struggle for recognition to mutual recognition in the discussion. Based on the research results and discussions, specific proposals were made at the multicultural level for mutual recognition between married immigrant women and Koreans.
