郭末若 「牧羊哀話」의 수사학적 설득 요인

Abstract

The purpose of this paper's research is to use the rhetorical methodology of 「Mu Yang Ai Hua(牧羊哀話)」 to analyze the inherent persuasion factors in the work. That is, by analyzing 「Mu Yang Ai Hua」, we intend to identify the rhetorical strategy in which Guo Mo Ruo(郭末若) has operated to convey his political views convincingly to the reader, and to judge its effectiveness. The main paper analyzed 「Mu Yang Ai Hua」 by dividing it into the areas of the rhetorical classification system: conception, arrangement and expression, and the following results were derived. In the area of conception, Guo Mo Ruo presented his argument by using external terminal such as 'malter of will' and 'malter of information' and internal terminal such as 'factor of cause and effect' and 'malter of authority'. And from the point of view of the arrangement area, the work can be divided into the ballyhoo section, the twilight section, the lightening section, and the finishing section, each giving a sense of justification and persuasion to the main theme of self-reliance and protecting sovereignty. Finally, in the realm of expression, metaphor and simile appear as typical investigative methods, which help readers to empathize with.
