胡適의 편찬의식 연구- <中國新文學大系․建設理論集>을 중심으로

Abstract

This paper was performed to study of The Collection of Chinese New-Vernacular Literature　Works中國新文學大系․Construction of Literary Theory建設理論集 by Hu Shi胡適’s compilation consciousness. Based on this point, This paper is consisted of foreword, two body chapters, conclusion and the references. Chapter one gave an introduction to this paper and reviewed the former research. On the basis of previous studies, in Chapter two, tried to discuss about the background of The Collection of Chinese New-Vernacular Literature　Works & Construction of Literary Theory. Because The Collection of Chinese New-Vernacular Literature　Works․Construction of Literary Theory is the important literature, which intellectual aspirations have been directly reflected in their’s writing. For this reason, I think Hu Shi’s Construction of Literary Theory has significant implications. In Chapter three, tried to analyze about the compilation consciousness of Construction of Literary Theory. Analysis showed that Hu Shi’s intellectual aspirations and revolutionary thinking have been directly reflected in his compilation. Hu Shi planned to run a selection of 50 new literary theory and criticism, because his mission was to meet the needs of the times, and to find the historical significance of Chinese New-Vernacular Literature. Hu Shi used his ability, tried to raise Chinese New-Vernacular Literature’s status to a higher level. I think Hu Shi’s Construction of Literary Theory will provide new insight into his academic achievement, include many faces of theory and criticism in the study of Chinese New-Vernacular Literature.
