본 연구에서는 보육교사-영아 간 영아의 애착안정성과 영아의 사회·정서적 행동과의 관계를 살펴보고자 108명의 보육교사를 통해 종일보육을 받고 있는 12개월에서 40개월(평균31개월)의 영아 244명을 표집 하였다. 이를 통해 보육교사가 지각한 보육교사-영아 간 애착안정성이 영아의 사회정서적 발달의 중요한 요인임을 밝힘으로 대안애착자인 보육교사의 영향력을 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구결과 보육교사와 영아 간 애착안정성이 영아의 사회·정서적 행동에 긍정적인 영향을 준다고 밝힘으로써 영아가 처한 다양한 양육환경에서 주 양육자인 보육교사와 영아 간 애착의 중요성과 안정애착의 중요한 제공자로서 보육교사의 위치를 새롭게 부각시켰다는 것에 의의를 갖는다.
Abstract
This study aims at demonstrating that attachment stability for nursery teachers as attachment stability substitute is an important factor for social·emotional development in the infancy, through examining the relationship of attachment stability between infants and nursery teachers on social. emotional behavior in infancy. The circumstance of daycare facilities is good in some degrees based on education degree of nursery teachers and the size of daycare facilities, and also the ratio of infants to teachers. The conclusions derived from the case studies are as follows:First, in the attachment stability in consciousness by nursery teachers according to gender in infancy, females rather than males tended to show slightly higher in the average score of the attachment stability but the difference was not statistically significant. Second, there was no difference in age, the level of education, ones career, and marriage or not from the gender of nursery teachers, but there was higher average of satisfying group according to the degree of daycare teacher's satisfaction for certain circumstances of probing action and reaction for person substitutes and anything substitutes. Third, there were minute differences in the infant's social·emotional behavior at the low ranking area of social·emotional behavior according to gender or satisfaction degree of nursery teachers. Also it shows higher in social·emotional positive behavior of infants according to age of nursery teachers(from 20years old to under 30years old). As a result from the above case studies, there is deep relationship with social·emotional behaviors in infants' stability attachment for nursery teachers. Thus, based on above-mentioned case studies and preceding studies,we came to know that the attachment stability between nursery teachers and infants not only influenced on infant's social·emotional behavior positively, but also have brought a thing into relief as a informer for infants and nursery teachers, main nurse.
