· 연구 주제: 청소년의 부모양육태도 하위요인과 자해여부 간의 관계를 성별로 구분하여 살펴보았다. · 연구 배경: 청소년기의 비자살적 자해는 자살문제로 발전할 가능성이 높고 자해가 자살에 대한 강력한 위험요인으로 예측됨으로 이에 대해 위험요인과 보호요인을 탐색하고 통합적 접근과 개입이 필요하다. · 선행연구와의 차이점: 선행연구들은 부모양육태도의 하위요인별 청소년 자해 여부 간의 관계를 심층적으로 분석하지 못한 한계가 있다. · 연구방법: 본 연구는 부모양육태도의 6가지 하위요인(따스함, 자율지지, 구조제공, 거부, 강요, 비일관성)과 청소년 자해 간의 관계를 검증하기 위해 SPSS 29.0 프로그램을 활용한 이항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 진행하였다. · 연구결과: 청소년의 성별에 따른 부모양육태도 하위요인과 자해 간의 관계를 분석한 결과, 남학생은 따스함과 자율지지가 낮을수록, 여학생은 거부가 높을수록 자해를 할 가능성이 높게 나타났다. · 공헌점 및 기대효과: 본 연구는 부모의 어떠한 태도들이 청소년 자해에 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고, 또 자해 청소년의 발견과 개입에 있어 정책에 참고할 사항들을 시사했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
Abstract
· Research topics: The relationship between the sub-factors of adolescents' parenting attitude and self-harm was examined separately by gender. · Research background: Non-suicidal self-harm in adolescence is likely to develop into a suicidal problem, and self-harm is predicted to be a strong risk factor for suicide. Therefore, risk and protective factors need to be explored and integrated approaches and interventions are needed. · Differences from prior research: Previous studies have the limitation of not analyzing in-depth the relationship between adolescent self-harm by subfactors of parenting attitude. · Research method: This study used a binary logistic regression analysis using the SPSS 29.0 program to verify the relationship between the six sub-factors of parenting attitude (warmth, autonomy support, provision of structure, rejection, coercion, and inconsistency) and adolescent self-harm. proceeded. · Research results: As a result of analyzing the relationship between sub-factors of parenting attitude and self-harm according to adolescents' gender, it was found that the lower the warmth and autonomy support for boys, and the higher the rejection for girls, the higher the likelihood of self-harm. · Contribution points and expected effects: This study is significant in that it examined what parental attitudes influence adolescent self-harm and suggested policy reference points in the detection and intervention of adolescents who self-harm.
