A survey was conducted, and independent sample t-tests and hierarchical regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 28.0 statistical program. · Research results: The primary determinants influencing turnover intention were identified as work overload, distributive injustice, and job insecurity. Organizational reputation was found to have a moderating effect, alleviating the relationship between work overload and turnover intention. · Contribution points and expected effects: This study contributed academically by analyzing the generational differences in turnover intention and its determinants, while practically demonstrating that organizational reputation can help reduce turnover intention.
