柳觀, 辛克敬, 鄭津 朝鮮 開國原從功臣錄券 연구

이 연구는 朝鮮 開國原從功臣錄券들 중 아직 학계에 발표되지 않은 柳寬, 辛克敬에게 사급된 錄券에 대한 것이다. 연구 대상자료 중 柳寬의 녹권은 조선 후기에 활자본으로 간행된 것이며 辛克敬의 녹권도 원본이 아닌 2차 자료로 필사된 것이다. 본 연구에서는 朝鮮의 開國과 관련하여 태조 이성계를 도운 공로가 많은 신하들에 대하여 그 공에 따라 錄券과 賞典을 내릴 때 사급된 공신녹권 3종에 대한 자료소개와 전래경위, 각 자료간의 관계 등을 살펴보았다. 연구의 내용을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 柳觀의 자료는 그의 문집에 수록된 것으로 錄券과 더불어 1420년의 戶口, 1414년의 祿牌 등 조선 전기의 관련된 문서를 보여주는 중요한 기록이다. 둘째, 辛克敬의 功臣錄券은 별도로 작성된 것이지만 필사된 시기가 17세기정도 추정되고 전하는 관련 기록이 없으므로 중요한 의미를 지닌다. 특히 족보와 녹권의 당시 辛氏들을 비교하면 신극경의 4형제가 공신으로 책봉되고 가까운 一族들이 많이 참여되어 있으므로 향후 辛氏 門閥의 官界進出과 당시의 영향력 검토가 필요하다. 셋째, 鄭津의 녹권은 이미 여러 자료나 선행연구를 통하여 알려져 있으나 연구 대상본은 아직 소개되지 않은 별도의 2차 자료로 원전을 충실하게 精寫한 것이다. 원본이 소재가 알려지지 않은 현재 국사편찬위원회의 필사본과 비교할 필요가 있을 것이다. 이와 같은 서지적 분석을 통하여 비록 원본자료는 아니지만 開國原從功臣錄券 중 2종을 확인할 수 있었으며 1종은 비교의 자료로 추가할 수 있었다. 앞으로 자료 활용의 범위를 넓히기 위해서는 원본 자료의 확인과 더불어 2차 자료의 발굴, 비교, 분석, 비판 등의 연구도 활발히 진행되어야 할 것이다.
Abstract
This study aimed at the testimonial records which were presented to Ryu, Kwan(柳觀), Jung, Jin(鄭津) and Shin, Kuk-Kyung(辛克敬). They were not open to public or the academic world to the present. Among them the testimonial given at Jung, Jin(鄭津) was printed in metal-type called HeeHyunDang(希顯堂) metal-type. Also the testimonial of Shin, Kuk-Kyung(辛克敬) is not a real document but a record in other book which means a secondary material reproduced. Anyway this study investigated all the testimonials with a point of view in overall introduction, every details of transmission and the relationship of each materials. In conclusion, the results of this study are as follows ; 1. The testimonial of Ryu, Kwan(柳觀) is recorded in his collection of works, and also there are the number of his houses and families in 1420, letter of appointment in 1414 so forth. This records are important in that they presents interrelative facts of the documents in the early period of Cho-sun Dynasty. 2. The testimonial of Shin, Kuk-Kyung(辛克敬) is made for separate use in 17th century, and it has a importance in rarity of relevent records. Especially in comparison of genealogical record and testimonial of Shin(辛) clan, Shin, Kuk-Kyung(辛克敬) was nominated a meritorious retainer and his 3 brothers were the same. Also his intimate relatives were participated quite a few in the nomination, it requires more in-depth study to the point of Shin(辛) clan's governmental appointment and their influence on the community. 3. The testimonial of Jung, Jin(鄭津) is already known in other materials or in previous study, but the record presented in this study was reproduced materials to secondary documents in carefully. It is required comparative study between the original document in the National Institute of Korean History(國史編纂委員會) and the research testimonial. Through the bibliographical analysis, though the records were not a original material, it can be widely used in discovery of secondary materials, and we should pull out all the efforts in comparative, analytic and critical study for more progression in relevent fields.
