이 논문에서는 최장기에서의 기술변화와 분배 및 자본축적에 관한 마르크스주의적 접근을 다루고 있다. 이와 관련된 논의는 이윤율 저하 경향과 그에 따른 편향적기술변화(기술변화의 곤란성)와 관련이 있다. 이러한 문제를 다루는 데 있어 동역학이론은 각 경제적 변수들의 장기적 궤도를 추정해보는 데 유용하다. 윤소영은 ‘자본축적의 로지스틱 가설’을 제기하여 국내에서 이 문제에 대한 논의를 활성화시키고있다. 우리는 그가 주로 참고하고 있는 뒤메닐과 레비의 논의를 윤소영의 논의와비교해보면서 기술변화 및 분배, 자본축적과 관련된 주요 논제들을 다시 한 번 살펴보려고 한다.
Abstract
The paper investigates technical change, distribution, and capital accumulation in very long term, which is presented in Marxian Economics. The followings are related to this problems: trajectories of capital accumulation, the tendential falling profit rate, and biased technical change(difficulty of innovation). The dynamic theory is very useful to estimate the trajectories of related variables. In Korea, this dynamic theory for Marx’s discussion has been activated through Yun So Yong’s ‘hypothesis of logistic capital accumulation’. By comparing Duménil and Lévy’s works with Yun’s, we will revisit the main themes of technical change, distribution, and capital accumulation in Marxian Economics.
