벤 파인과 알프레두 사드-필류의 가치론 해석에 대한 비판적 노트

이 논문은 『마르크스의 가치론』의 번역을 계기로 파인 및 사드-필류의 가치론해석과 관련하여 몇 가지 문제점을 지적하고자 한다. 먼저 2절에서는 이들의 가치론 이해와 관련된 핵심적 내용을 요약한다. 3절에서는 이들이 제시한 자본의 구성개념이 처하는 논리적인 어려움에 관해 지적한다. 4절에서는 이윤율 저하경향의 법칙과 관련하여 이들이 제시한 ‘추상적 법칙’이라는 개념이 갖는 의미와 한계를 다룬다. 마지막으로 5절에서는 사드-필류 가치론 해석의 전반적 문제점에 대해 요약한다.
Abstract
This paper criticizes some aspects of Ben Fine and Alfredo Saad-Filho’s interpretation of Marxian value theory. It will be noted that their concepts of the organic and value composition of capital have some specific difficulties. The interpretation of the tendency of the rate of profit to fall as an abstract law is also critically examined.
