초록
The broadband absorption characteristics of a hybrid absorber composed of ferrite cone arrays upon a ferrite tile are described. In the lower frequency range, NiZn/MnZn combination provides larger reflection loss than NiZn/NiZn combination regardless of cone heights. In the higher frequency range, the hybrid absorber having higher cone arrays provides larger reflection loss, and the pyramidal-type cone arrays give larger reflection loss than the cylindrical-type cone arrays, regardless of the kinds of substrate tiles. Using NiZn/MnZn ferrite hybrid structure with the low height of pyramidal-type cone arrays, reflection loss less than -20dB can be obtained in the very wide frequency range, 30MHz to 1GHz.
