인터넷을 기반으로 다양한 응용 서비스들이 통합됨에 따라 서비스 품질(QoS, Quality of Service)과 보안을 동시에 요구하는 경우가 많아지고 있다. 따라서 최근에는 다양한 품질의 보안 서비스를 지원하기 위한 보안 서비스 품질모델에 대한 연구, 기존의 서비스 품질 모델의 보안 취약점을 보완하는 기술에 대한 연구 등 크게 두 가지 방향의 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 보안과 서비스 품질의 연동 기술에 대한 연구 동향을 소개하고 향후 연구되어야 할 문제들을 살펴 본다.
Abstract
As various kinds of services are integrated into the Internet, many applications need Quality of Service (QoS) and security at the same time. Recently, there have been two research directions to interwork security and QoS: supporting various quality of security services and making QoS models secure. In this paper, we will introduce these research trends on interworking security and QoS and will investigate the directions of future research.
