최근에 와서 인터넷을 통한 멀티미디어 트래픽의 증가 및 기존의 이동통신 사업자망에서의 인터넷 서비스의 증가 등으로 인해서 IP 서비스 기술에 대한 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 그 중에서 특히 IP 이동성 기술에 많은 관심이 기울여 지고 있다. 그 이유는 최근에 BcN이나 휴대인터넷과 같은 새로운 망에서 타 망간의 로밍이나 빠른 이동성 지원 등이 기본 요구 사항으로 있기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 IETF에서 논의되고 있는 mobile IP 기술을 중심으로 소개하고 실 제 그 적용을 위한 기술들을 구현 경험을 토대로 제시한다.
Abstract
As the increasing of multimedia traffic through the Internet and internet service from cellular operator, the importance of technologies for IP service is increasing. From in that specially many interest is coming to mobility-related technology, because it is recently required as a mandatory requirement in BCN or Portable Internet. In this paper, we introduce the mobile IP technology which is discussed in IETF and suggest deployment techniques.
