B3G(Beyond Third Generation) 네트워크는 이종 액세스 네트워크들을 하나의 융합망으로 구성하여 이동 가입자에게 이종 서비스 형태를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 B3G 네트워크에 연결된 액세스 네트워크의 구조를 기반으로 계층적 정책기반 구조를 적용한 모델을 제시하고 그에 따른 정책제어 절차에 대하여 기술한다. 또한 이종 액세스 네트워크간의 end-to-end QoS를 관리하기 위해 DiffServ 메커니즘과 SLA를 적용한 동적 트래픽 관리방안을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 시뮬레이션에 의한 성능 평가를 통하여 제안 방안에 대해 분석하였다.
Abstract
Beyond Third Geeration (B3G) networks consist of access networks to provide heteroreneous service for mobile users. In this paper, we present the heirarchical policy-based architecture model and policy procedures based on access networks connecting B3G networks. We also propose the dynamic traffic management scheme that the DiffServ mechanism considering SLA is used to manage end-to-end QoS in access networks. In this paper, we analyze the performance of the proposed scheme through te computer simulation.
