IT 패러다임의 변화는 개인의 삶의 질과 기업의 비즈니스 전략을 변화시키며, 더 나아가 국가 발전전략과 정책에도 커다란 영향을 미친다. 본 연구의 목적은 최근 부상하고 있는 유비쿼터스 IT 패러다인을 기저로 변화된 국가정보화 정책 환경을 살펴보고 새로운 전략구도를 모색하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 먼저 유비쿼터스 IT 패러다임의 본질과 우리나라의 국가정보화 정책기조의 변화과정을 고찰하였으며, u-Korea로 명명되고 있는 유비쿼터스 IT 패러다임 시대의 국가정보화 정책기조와 새로운 역할을 제시하엿다. 그리고 새로운 국가정보화 정책으로서 u-Korea의 성공적 구현을 위한 전략지도(strategy map)를 도출하였다.
Abstract
IT paradigms change quality and pattern of individuals and businesses, and influential over nationalstrategies and policies. This paper strives to feature the direction of the national Informatization strategy according to the emerging ubiquitous IT paradigm. The author first analyzes the essences of ubiquitous IT paradigm and the development of Korea's national Informatization strategies. A strategy map for implementing u-Korea is drawn upon from the new role of the national Informatization strategy in the ubiquitous IT era.
