최근 선진국을 중심으로 경쟁적으로 국가혁신전략이 수립되어 수행되고 있다. 이러한 각국의 국가혁신 노력은 어느 한 부문에 국한되어 있는 것이 아니라 첨단과학기술을 중심으로 경제·사회 전 분야를 대상으로 추진되고 있지만, 대부분의 경우 IT의 성과 및 사회경제적 영향을 재평가하려는 시도와 함께 IT와 깊은 관련성을 갖고 진행되고 있다. 본 논문은 미국, EU, 영국, 독일, 일본, 싱가포르, 프랑스, 네널란드, 스웨덴, 핀란드, 뉴질랜드, 중국 등 최근 들어 IT기반 이노베이션 전략을 활발하게 추진하게 있는 주요 국가들을 중심으로 국가혁신전략의 배경, 현황, 특징 등을 소개하고, 이들 국가의 사례가 향후 IT기반 혁신전략 수립에 주는 시사점을 살펴보고 있다.
Abstract
This paper surveys IT-based national innovation strategies of sevetral countries such as U.S.A., EU, U.K., Germany, Japan, Singapore, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Finnland, New Zealand, China. Despite differences among the countries' given conditions, each of those countries tries to strengthen its national competitiveness and prepare for the future through national innovation strategies which are closely related with IT policies. This paper aims to introduce and characterize innovation strategies to find futere poicy implications.
