청소년의 음란물중독과 우울, 외로움, 충동성, 감각추구 및 자기효능감과의 관계

초록

본 연구는 인터넷중독 하위유형 가운데 음란물중독 청소년들을 대상으로, 이들이 지닌 심리적 특성들-우울, 외로움, 충동성, 감각추구성향, 자기효능감-을 살펴보고, 음란물중독 청소년과 비중독 청소년을 정확하게 구분해주는 요인들을 알아보고자 하였다. 피험자는 1,015명(남자 647명, 여자 368명)의 중고등학생과 대학생이었으며, 인터넷 중독질문지와 음란물 접촉시간을 기준으로 음란물 중독집단과 비중독집단을 선정하였다. 집단간 차이검증결과, 음란물중독집단은 비중독집단에 비해 우울과 충동성이 높았으나 외로움은 두 집단간에 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 감각추구성향은 탈억제와 권태민감성 하위척도에서 음란물중독집단이 비중독집단에 비해 유의하게 점수가 높게 나타났다. 현실세계에서의 자기효능감은 음란물중독집단이 비중독집단에 비해 점수가 유의하게 낮았으며, 이와 반대로 가상세계에서의 자기효능감은 음란물중독집단이 비중독집단에 비해 유의하게 점수가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 한편 현실세계나 가상세계에서의 대인관계효능감에서는 두 집단간에 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 판별분석에서는 탈억제, 운동충동성, 가상공간에서의 자기효능감, 현실세계에서의 자기효능감, 경험추구성향이 음란물 중독청소년과 비중독청소년의 68.6%를 정확하게 구분해 주는 것으로 드러났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate psychological characteristics such as depression, loneliness, impulsiveness, sensation-seeking, and self-efficacy of adolescents with cybersexual addiction. The participants were 1015(boys 647, girls 368) middle and high school students and university students. K-IAS, K-CES-D, K-UCLA Loneliness Scale, K-Barratt Impulsiveness Scale, K-Sensation Seeking Scale, K-Self Efficacy and K-Computer Self-Efficacy were administered. Addicted and non-addicted group were selected according to Internet Addiction Scale and time length to view internet adult-only sites. The results were as follows; T-tests showed that the addicted group had higher level of depression and impulsiveness than the non-addicted group, but the level of loneliness was not significantly different between them. The addicted group had higher level of disinhibition and boredom susceptibility among sensation-seeking scales than the non-addicted group. And the addicted group had lower level of self-efficacy at real-life situation and higher level of self-efficacy at cyber-life situation than non-addicted group. However, the level of interpersonal self-efficacy at real and cyber-life situation was not significantly different between two groups. Discriminant analysis showed that disinhibition, motor impulsiveness, self-efficacy at cyber-life situation, self-efficacy at real-life situation, and experience seeking correctly classified 68.6% of groups with/without cybersexual addiction. Finally, the implications and the limitations of this study were discussed.
