교육분석은 상담자들을 위한 심리치료로 상담자의 개인적 그리고 전문적 성장을 획득하는데 중요한 활동으로 인식되고 있다. 상담자 훈련 및 교육에서의 상담자 자신의 심리치료 경험이 지니는 중요성에도 불구하고 우리나라의 경우 교육분석의 실태 및 효과에 관련된 체계적 연구가 부족한 상황이다. 본 연구는 상담자들의 교육분석효과를 측정할 수 있는 척도를 개발하고 타당성을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 상담관련학회에 참여한 총 232명의 교육분석 경험이 있는 상담자들을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였다. 예비연구의 결과를 근거로 하여 수집 된 자료에 대해서 문항과 척도의 양호도 분석을 실시 한 후, 최종적으로 4개의 요인을 측정하기 위한 19개의 문항을 선정하였다. 구체적인 교육분석 효과척도의 구성요인은 ‘개인적 문제해결’, ‘상담자 역할 모델링’, ‘개인적 문제에 대한 자각’, ‘상담수행능력증진’이다. 4요인의 척도가 적합한지를 확인하기 위해 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과 척도의 타당성과 안정성이 확인되었으며 신뢰도 분석결과 만족할만한 신뢰도를 보이고 있다. 논의에서는 교육분석효과 척도의 의의와 제한점, 후속 연구에 대해 제언하였다.
Abstract
Educational analysis, personal therapy for counselors, has been considered as a important factor of personal and professional development for counselors. Even though it plays a key role in counselor's training, we can't find related systematic researches in south Korea until now. The purpose of the present study was to develop counselor's educational analysis outcome scale and to find evidence for validation. For that, 232 counselors who had experienced educational analysis participated in this study. Based on the preliminary study, 19 items representing four factors were retained to construct the final counselor's educational analysis outcome scale after considering each items's contents and quality. Conformatory factor analysis result provided an evidence of construct validity of the scale. Correlation among counselor's educational analysis outcome scale, counselor's development level, self-efficacy, countertransference behavior, counselor's empathy provided additional evidence of the construct validity of counselor's educational analysis outcome scale. Discussions followed to suggest meaning and limitation of counselor's educational analysis outcome scale.
