상담자의 교육분석효과가 공감과 역전이 행동에 미치는 영향에서 자기효능감의 매개 효과

본 연구에서는 교육분석과 상담자의 공감 및 역전이 행동 간의 관계를 알아보고 이들 사이에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 교육분석 경험이 있는 232명의 상담자들을 대상으로 교육분석효과, 자기효능감, 공감, 역전이 행동 척도를 실시하였다. 각 변인들 간의 관계를 상관분석을 통해 검토하였으며 그 결과를 바탕으로 교육분석과 공감 및 역전이 행동 간의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 구조방정식 모형검증을 통해 확인하였다. 분석결과, 교육분석효과, 자기효능감, 공감 간에는 정적인 상관이 나타났고, 역전이 행동과는 부적인 상관이 있었다. 교육분석효과와 상담자의 공감 및 역전이 행동 간의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 살펴본 결과 교육분석효과와 공감 간의 관계에서 자기효능감은 완전매개, 역전이 행동 간의 관계에서 자기효능감은 부분매개를 보였다. 마지막으로, 본 연구의 의의와 제한점을 논의하였다.

Abstract

This study investigated educational analysis, counselor's empathy and countertransference behavior and attempted to study mediator effect of self-efficacy regarding the correlation between counselor's educational analysis and counselor's empathy and countertransference behavior. To do this research, we have done educational analysis outcome scale, self-efficacy scale, empathy scale and countertransference behavior scale on 232 counselors. Researchers conducted the correlation analysis and tested mediator effect of self-efficacy regarding the relationship between counselor's educational analysis and counselor's empathy and countertransference behavior by using structural equational model based on correlation result. Results indicated that there were positively significant correlations between educational analysis, self-efficacy and counselor's empathy. On the other hand, there were negatively significant correlation with countertransference. Self-efficacy mediated completely the relationship between counselor's educational analysis and counselor's empathy and mediated partially the relationship between counselor's educational analysis and countertransference. Finally, we suggested significance and limitation of these findings.
