본 연구에서는 비행청소년들을 위해 긍정심리와 문화체험프로그램을 제작하여 실시하고 이를 실천현장에서 적용하여 어떠한 성과가 있었는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 통하여 비행청소년들을 새로운 시각에서 수용하여 이들 스스로 자신들의 자원을 객관적이며 긍정적으로 바라보고 스스로 임파워먼트 해 갈 수 있도록 하기 위한 정책적 방안을 제시해보고자 하였다. 또한 문화복지의 촉진 입안과 청소년 관련 프로그램을 효과적으로 활용할 수 있도록, 현재 이슈화되고 있는 긍정심리학과 문화체험프로그램을 중심으로 하여 비행청년들의 프로그램 참여 후 임파워먼트에 어떠한 차이가 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과 긍정심리 프로그램과 문화체험프로그램을 통하여 청소년 임파워먼트의 함양에 영향을 줄 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이를 통하여 비행청소년의 임파워먼트를 함양하기 위해서 비행청소년들에게 긍정심리의 함양을 위한 프로그램의 도입방안모색이 중요하며 긍정심리 및 자기효능감의 함양이 비행청소년들의 임파워먼트에 중요한 함의가 될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.
Abstract
In this study, carried out by making a positive psychological and self-efficacy programs for juvenile delinquents and we examine whether there is any performance by applying it in practice site. In other words, by accepting these juvenile delinquents from a new perspective and their own resources to investigate itself objectively present a policy plan for it to go look at yourself in a positive empowerment. In addition, participation in the program by young people flying around the cultural welfare policy-making and promote youth-related programs can be an effective positive psychology and cultural experience programs, so take advantage of the currently issued by the government to evaluate how any changes in empowerment. Through the analysis program and the positive psychological self-efficacy programs of the present study it was found to be a factor that affects the cultivation of youth empowerment. That it by seeking ways introduction of the policy program for the cultivation of positive sentiment for juvenile delinquents in order to foster the empowerment of juvenile delinquents is important, and the fostering of artistic knowledge through self-efficacy programs can be important implications for the empowerment of juvenile delinquents.
