Super air heater devices have some advantages such as compact structure, energy-saving, longservice life and convenient installation. In this paper, an automatic production process for air heaters isproposed to compensate some disadvantages of the manual process. The enhancement of productionefficiency and productivity is confirmed through the heat treatment performance test decreasingdefectiveness rate of 0.23% compared with the previous device.
