먼저 최근 문화예술관람률의 감소 추세와 지원 방법의 개선점을 지적하고, 디지털 기술 발전이 가져온 문화예술의 생산 구조와 소비 행태 변화를 인식하여 새로운 질서를 확립할 필요성을 논한다. 급변하는 사회환경과 소외계층에 대한 문화향수 지원정책, 수도권과 지방의 문화적 격차에 대한 대책과 새로운 정책수단의 모색 및 추진 방향을 제시한다.
Abstract
Cultural event attendance rates have been on the decline. The advent of digital technology has brought about changes in the production structure and consumption patterns. In light of these changes, the need for a new order has been identified. Several suggestions for new government policy directions for alienated classes, and the enjoyment of arts and culture in this rapidly changing social environment, are presented.
