노인장기요양보험제도가 한국에 도입된 지 6년 되었으나 서비스 제공자와 서비스 대상자를 위한 효율적 서비스 제공은 여전히 미흡한 상태이다. 특히, 발전하는 IT기술 환경은 미흡한 상황의 개선을 위한 적극적 대응 성과를 가져올 수 있음에도 표준화되지 못한 서비스 프로세스는 노인장기요양서비스 기관별 격차만 키우고 있어 이에 대한 개선은 시급하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 노인생활시설 사례관리의 과정, 내용 등을 제시하면서 IT 융합 사례관리의 필요성 및 노인장기요양서비스 중 노인생활시설에 필요한 서비스 제공을 위한 각 프로세스별 표준화 내용을 제언하기 위해 이루어졌다. 향후, 노인생활시설에 필요한 사례관리 요소들을 참고하여 포괄적으로 짜여진 IT 프로그램이 개발되길 기대된다.
Abstract
It has been six years since the long-term care insurance started in Korea. However, it has still limitations to deliver effective long-term care services to the elderly. Especially lack of standardized service process using IT results in the gaps among long-term care facilities. Therefore, this study is to suggest an implication for the needs of IT convergence case management and standardization of the long-term care services. For the purpose, the researchers describe a stage of case management process and major contents of the process in long-term care facilities. It is expected for IT convergence case management program to be designed in the future, which includes the essential contents of care management in the long-term care facilities.
