본 연구의 목적은 SNS 기반 실시간 토론에서 컴퓨터매개통신에 대한 태도가 사회적 실재감과 만족도에 주는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, SNS 기반 실시간 토론에서 컴퓨터매개통신에 대한 태도가 사회적 실재감에 영향을 미친 것으로 드러났다(β=.37, p<.05). 둘째, SNS 기반 실시간 토론에서 컴퓨터매개통신에 대한 태도가 만족도에 영향을 미친 것으로 드러났다(β=.38, p<.05). 본 연구결과는 SNS 기반 실시간 토론에서 효율적인 사회적 실재감과 만족도가 컴퓨터매개통신에 대한 태도에 의해 영향을 받을 수 있다는 시사점을 던져주고 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find the effect of attitude for Computer-Mediated Communication(CMC) on the degree of social presence and satisfaction in the SNS based real-time discussion. The results of this study were summarized as followed : First, the attitude for CMC affects the social presence degree in the SNS based real-time discussion(β=.37, p<.05). Second, the attitude for CMC affects the discussion satisfaction degree in the SNS based real-time discussion(β=.38, p<.05). The result of this research implicated that the effective social presence and satisfaction was depending on attitude for CMC in the SNS based real-time discussion.
