예비유아교사의 애착안정성 및 낙관성과 희망의 관계

본 연구는 예비유아교사가 지각한 애착안정성 및 낙관성과 희망의 관계가 어떠한가를 규명하기 위해 수행되었다. 강원도의 K대학교, 경상남도의 I대학교, 충청남도의 H대학교 유아교육과 1, 2, 3, 4학년 여학생 382명을 대상으로 애착 검사, 낙관성 검사, 희망 검사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석은 연구문제를 해결하기 위해 상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어머니 애착은 희망의 총점과 두 개의 하위요인, 즉 주도사고 및 경로사고와 모두 유의한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 친구 애착은 희망의 총점, 주도사고 및 경로사고와 모두 유의한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 예비유아교사의 어머니 및 친구 애착의 정도가 높을수록 그들의 희망 정도도 높은 경향이 있음을 시사한다. 둘째, 낙관성은 희망의 총점, 주도사고 및 경로사고와 모두 유의한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 예비유아교사의 낙관성이 높을수록 그들의 희망도 높은 경향이 있다는 것을 시사한다. 셋째, 희망 총점에 대한 애착과 낙관성의 상대적 영향력은 낙관성(β = .39), 친구 애착(β = .29) 순으로 나타났다. 그러나 어머니 애착은 희망 총점에 유의한 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 예비유아교사의 희망을 촉진하는데 또래애착과 낙관성이 중요한 역할을 한다는 것을 시사한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study were to investigate the associations between attachment security, optimism, and hope reported by pre-service kindergarten teachers, and to examine the relative influential power of their attachment security and optimism on hope. The tests of attachment scale, optimism scale, and hope scale were administered to 382 undergraduate students who were majoring in early childhood education from three different universities in Gangwon, Gyeongnam, and Chungnam province, Korea. The statistical methods for data analysis were correlation and multiple regression analysis. Results indicated that teachers' attachment to their mothers was positively and significantly related to their sense of hope. Teachers' attachment to friends was positively associated with their hope. The relations between optimism and hope was also positive. Finally, for the relative influential power of attachment and optimism on hope in pre-service kindergarten teachers, the most contributive variable to their hope was optimism (β =.39), and the next contributive variable was their attachment to friends (β =.29). However, teachers' attachment to mothers didn't have a significant influence on their hope. This study suggests that their optimism and attachment to friends can be significant variables for improving the hope.
