대학생의 자아분화가 관계중독에 미치는 영향 -유기도식의 매개효과-

본 연구는 대학생이 지각하는 부모-자녀 간의 자아분화가 관계중독에 미치는 영향에서 유기도식의 매개효과를 확인하고자 수행되었다. 이에 자아분화를 독립변인으로, 관계중독을 종속변인으로, 유기도식을 매개변인으로 설정하였다. 연구수행을 위해 경기도 및 충청권의 대학 2곳에재학 중인 426명을 대상으로 온라인 자기보고식 설문조사를 실시하였고, 그 중 불성실한 응답지 8부를 제외한 418부의 설문을 최종적으로 분석에 사용하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자아분화는 유기도식에 부적으로, 유기도식은 관계중독에 정적으로 유의하였으나, 자아분화가 관계중독으로 가는 경로는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 둘째, 자아분화와 관계중독의 관계에서 유기도식이 완전매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 대학생의 관계중독 성향을 낮추기 위한 실천적 제언으로 대학생의 부모-자녀 간의 자아분화를 높여서 유기도식의 형성 및 활성화를 낮추는 접근 방법과, 기존에 이미 형성된 유기도식의 긍정적인 변화를 통하여관계중독을 낮추는 접근 방법을 제안하였다.
Abstract
This study aims to verify that abandonment schema mediate the relationships between self differentiation and relationship addiction of college students. For this, The structural model building led to having examined the model fit and the influence in parameters. As a result, the mediating effect of the abandonment schema was seen to mediate completely in the influence of the self differentiation on the relation addiction. This finding is considered to establish the intervention direction in developing counseling and program for reducing the tendency of relationship addiction in undergraduates by lowering the formation and activation of the Abandonment Schema and increasing self differentiation.
