재혼을 앞둔 중년 남성의 섹스리스에 영향을 미치는 가족 역동에 관한 사례연구

초록

본 연구는 이혼 후 재혼을 앞두고 있는 섹스리스 문제를 가진 중년 남성의 생애 초기 경험과 애착 형성 과정을 살펴봄으로써, 현재 연인과의 관계에서 경험하고 있는 섹스리스 문제를 발생시킨 가족 역동을 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 질적사례연구방법을 통해 섹스리스 문제의 발생 맥락을 이해하고자 하였으며, 이를 위하여 주제분석방법을 활용하였고, 분석 결과는 네트워크를 활용하여 제시하였다. 연구 결과, 내담자의 부와 모의 가족역동이 내담자의 애착관계와 내적작동 모델에 영향을 미쳤으며, 이와 같은 애착관계와 내적작동모델이 다시 커플 간의 역동에 영향을 미쳐 섹스리스를 유발한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 커플의 섹스리스 문제를 가족체계적 관점과 애착이론에 근거하여 분석하였다는 데에 의의가 있다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the family dynamics that caused the sexless problem experienced in relationships with lovers by examining the early experiences and attachment formation process of middle-aged men with sexless problems who are about to remarry after divorce. This study tried to understand the context of the occurrence of sexless problems through a qualitative case study method, and for this purpose, thematic analysis method was used. The analysis results were presented using a network. As a result of the study, the family dynamics of the client’s father and mother formed the family dynamics such as attachment and internal working model of the client. And the family dynamics of client formed the dynamics between couples, resulting in sexless. The results of this study are meaningful in that, first, this study analyzed men who avoid sex. Second, it is meaningful in that it introduces a family-systemic perspective on the issue of couples’ sexless. Finally, the results of this study are significant in that they propose a new framework to interpret the sexless problem based on attachment theory.
