Abstract

As mass production stage, managers of tech-based company want to own their factory. And moreover want individual or free located factory obscurely. At This time, they are facing various decision-making issues. This study is developed a manual which provides with primary information to decision-maker of company. So many decision-making matters for tech-based company, but there is no useful systematic program to support that. The selection of each factory base should be made case by case, but the structural frame to view the selecting condition is needed. To make the frame, this study proceeded the 3 phases of preparatory research, consultation of experts and confirmation. This frame standardized each phase of establishing the factory and set up the system to calculate the cost, so that can compare them in the field. It is formed five sections of decision-making system about location type of the factory. The 3rd and 5th section are the essential decision-making phase. The 1st, 2nd and 4th section are the phases to investigate circumstances and build up the basis of judgement. With the assumption of non experts using this study, whole processes were standardized to perform this work repeatedly in time limit. So it quantified the qualitative parts. It interviewed experts repeatedly who support company in the field and presented quantification. Considering that there is no study related with the decision-making of each small and medium-size factory yet, it is necessary to applicate case study based on this study.
