Abstract

The Compromise in Song Ki Suk's Division Narratives. The purpose of this thesis was to examine the the substance and meaning of division consciousness in Song Ki Suk's narratives. The argument of this thesis which has such a purpose as follows. The division reality in Song Ki Suk's narratives had negative aspects which oppress and damage the human life of people. The fetters of life by coercion of division reality were devieded into two aspects. One was the sorrow and discouragement by destruction of family community. The other was the destruction of humanity and distortion of daily life by the formation of devision mentality. Also, the consciousness of devision subjugation was showed in Song Ki Suk's narratives. As a conclusion, Song Ki Suk's devision narratives had significant meaning.
